Since its founding in 1955, the family business Otto Hofstetter AG, has innovated constantly to deliver its clients the highest levels of process reliability and quality. There’s a lot of expertise in an Otto Hofstetter mold for plastic products in the pharmaceutical and medical sector. In addition to the deep expertise of our engineers, we need plenty of creative talent to develop our tailored innovative solutions. In production, advanced high-precision machines then take over. But we assemble and finish every Otto Hofstetter mold by hand. This is the only way we can achieve the quality and precision that make our tools what they are: Typically Swiss.
Our after-sales service team is always on the ball. This specialized unit is responsible for the quality and support of our molds after delivery. They also supports our customers with any application-related questions and help to bring the production systems up to speed quickly. The real-world insights we gain here make important contributions to the further development of our mold. Our extremely mobile service engineers offer our customers expert support anywhere and anytime– by Skype or telephone and also on site.
