The continuous improvement of our technology and the standards we impose for precision, durability and flexibility pay a number dividends in the production of preforms. Our PET moulds achieve top marks in several respects: energy, material and cost efficiency; short cycle times; optimised start-up processes and good preform behaviour during stretch-blowing. Our moulds are always produced to meet the needs of the customers as closely as possible.
Mould follows function or, as we put it more precisely, preform follows mould. We’ve been developing moulds for PET preforms for nearly 40 years. In all this time we’ve continuously expanded and perfected our concept, our technology and our know-how in the area of mould design. We’re as experienced in the design of preforms as we are in the manufacture of fully mature injection moulds.

Our After-Sales Service team are real experts. They are responsible for quality control, as well as after-sales maintenance and repair of the moulds. In addition, they also support our customers if they have problems relating to the use of the moulds and help them to quickly get the machines running at the desired production rate. The experience gained in this area is important for the development of our moulds. Our service technicians are always on the move, ensuring that customers are able to receive competent support anywhere and at any time ¬– via Skype, telephone or also on-site.
